We would love the opportunity to provide your office a special service. We have a program called Yoga2Go where we send certified, experienced yoga teachers out to local businesses and schools. We have already started to go out to some local companies with great success. They loved the convenience of not having to leave work for their exercise.
What we will provide:
* 8 or 10 week sessions of Yoga Instruction
* Music, mats and other props as needed
* A fully qualified instructor
* A program customized to your staff
You provide:
* Participants
* Space in your office for a yoga class
* 75 minutes for yoga class and relaxation at the end or beginning of the day
I understand how hard it is to take the time during the day to close the eyes and breathe and get to a point where you can focus on the tasks at hand, and to go on with your day with more clarity. Business, no matter what it is, by its very nature, induces stress at every stage which can build up tension, and create complications in the body.
Recently, I ran an 8 week yoga series, one hour a week, after work, for a local business. The Human Resources department and I coordinated this after a conversation regarding how important it is for the company to offer more health related events at the place of business. It was a success, and the employees loved getting the mind, body, soul workout, right downstairs from their office. Many of them told me it's hard to get to our yoga studio sometimes after they get out of work, especially on days they put in more hours.
I am available via email at centervillewellness@yahoo.com or by phone Wednesday through Friday at 508 775 1422. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions.

Our children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, insessant lessons, video games, mall, and competitive sports. Yoga can help counter these pressures. When children learn techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment, they can navigate life's challenges with a little more ease. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that's noncompetitive. Fostering cooperation and compassion - instead of opposition - is a great gift to give our children.

Partner Yoga is a newly emerging practice that expands the traditionally individual science of yoga into the realm of relationship. In traditional yoga practice, a person places his or her body into specific postures, while focusing on breath and body alignment. Designed for two or more people, Partner Yoga postures utilize the forms and principles of individual postures while incorporating the presence of another to deepen the impact of the pose.
Find the playfulness of working with your friends, family member, or fellow yoga student in practicing yoga.
Your trust and confidence will develop as you support one another to become stronger and more flexible. Tune in to the each of your bodies inner wisdom. Couples or individuals are welcome in this workshop covering the enjoyable practice of doing yoga with a partner.

Testimonial from Melissa Harris client:
“I don’t know where to begin… I was so excited and amazed as I viewed the image. My partner was taken back at the accuracy. The pose you have me in is Warrior and while I do not practice yoga like I should, it has served to remind me I need balance in life. You have shown me in a cami top which is also what I to wear when I’m being my true self! The rabbit is very significant and you had no knowledge prior…WOW! All my life I’ve kept trinkets of rabbits around… I was born in the year of the rabbit. I see rabbits every AM and PM when my dog and I walk… I’ve bottle fed many abandoned baby rabbits. As for the sheep…My love of my life was born in the year of the Sheep! So it was interesting you mentioned getting the image when you wanted to do something with your partner that the two of you could enjoy together. The watch is something I’ve recently started thinking about. My dad gave me a pocket watch as a child but when I moved out, I left it at home. I was thinking of it since March. Oh…the colors you used…greens and blues are popping up all around me lately… I’ll stop as I could go on and on and each time we read the letter or look at the picture we see something new. Thank you for sharing a part of you with us! I can’t share or express to you enough how much joy I have from your gift and insights.”
