Hatha Yoga:

An energetic but gentle class full of different postures with plenty of focus on the breath…every class is different. All Levels Welcome!

Awakening the Spine” Yoga:

A light power/precision class drawing on the Vanda Scaravelli method of extension and release into the asana by utilizing gravity and spontaneous antiforce (newtons Law) to discover the extension of the spine and the rest of the body. All levels class!

Prenatal Yoga:

Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.

Vinyasa Flow:

A dynamic flow of Hatha Yoga (includes deep stretching, strength building poses may include inversions and more) Vinyasa is used as a noun to describe the series of poses that are done between poses as part of a Sun Salutation sequence

Light Power Yoga:

Similar to Power Yoga without the inversions and more vinyasa flows. All levels!

Yin Yoga:

Unique yoga practice…Explore relaxed long held floor postures, stretching the fascia, which gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues that form our joints by relaxing the muscles behind the tissue. Improves overall health flexibility, joint mobility, and range of motion…All levels Welcome!

Ashtanga Yoga:

This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures—process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.

Community Class:

Discounted Hatha Yoga class class - $8- taught by student yoga teachers

Pilates:

Focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and strengthen the deep torso muscles, which are important to help alleviate and prevent back pain.

Teacher Training:

This is a pre-registered class-starts June 24

Yoga for Total Beginners

In this yoga class, you will learn to experience more freedom in your body through a series of gentle to moderate yoga postures.
No experience is required, and the class is taught in a way that is safe and fun for all.

Restorative Hatha Yoga: A relaxing, gentle yoga class that is full of different standing and seated postures and focus on breath

Detoxifying Vinyasa Flow Class: Specifically designed using postures (asanas) to rid the body, mind, and spirit of accumulated toxins so that we are creating the groundwork to achieve our highest potential. This class is class for intermediate to advanced.
Taught By Molly Estey - Guest yoga teacher from Colorado

Why we detoxify:
Operate at our optimal level and to connect with our true nature. Shatkarmas (cleansing practices) prepare for the more advanced practices of yoga.
Sharpens the mind allowing us to think more clearly.
Sharpens the senses, allowing for greater understanding through sight, smell, taste, touch etc.
Enhance level of oxygen to assist in the removal of cellular waste and toxic matter.
When the body is continually under stress body chemistry becomes more acidic making it more difficult to take in oxygen and nutrients.
