Pilates Flow
Mondays, 11:30-12:30
In-studio and Zoom/recorded
Strengthen and tone from head to toe! In Pilates we utilize breath-work and low impact exercises to maximize our bodies' potential. This class will focus on building core strength and improving balance and flexibility all over… with special attention to the spine. Weights or bands may be used for arm and leg resistance work.

Katie Beatty
Pilates, CYT 200
Katie became certified to teach Pilates and has been teaching locally on Cape Cod since 2016. She became fully certified under Master Trainer Sabrina Vaz in 2017. She also completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2019 through the Yoga Professional, via Rooted Yoga in Falmouth. She enjoys teaching upbeat, slow flow and power-style classes, creating a safe space to help others find medicine through movement. Katie lives in Marstons Mills with her husband and 3 children.
